Our Policy: - All appointments require a card to book online, to secure your appointment. Cards won’t be charge until after appointment, except for appointments that require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. - Any cancellation or reschedules made less than 24 hours will result in a 50% of booked service/s. - Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for service, may not be able to be accommodated. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule. - Please be advised children and adults who aren’t receiving services are not permitted. Unscheduled guests along with yourself, will be turned away. Your appointment will be canceled. Which will result in a 50% of service/s cancellation fee. - In order to provide supreme care and to ensure the safety of myself and you as a client. We reserve the right to refuse services to: 
• Anyone with a nail or skin condition we suspect may be contagious or having open wound(s)/sore at the treatment area.
• Anyone with medical conditions that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services. COVID: Due to the ongoing cases/numbers that continue to fluctuate, we ask that if you're experiencing any systems; you notify us immediately. Masks are optional, however we prefer clients who aren't receiving facial services to wear them. Thank you!
